Grr, people make me SO MAD. The news in Tucson tonight is about two Rottweilers in South Tucson who escaped their fenced in yard and were tormenting kids on their way to school. When the cops got there, one of them showed aggression towards an officer so the officer shot it. What I *DIDN'T* know is on Monday, a little boy was killed by his two family Rotties, and again, it was in South Tucson. Now, I don't live in the south part of town... I'm very centralized, but I have two wonderful, loveable, cuddly Rotties, who couldn't hurt a FLY. I'm so afraid that there is going to be a backlash against Rottweilers, and someone is going to say something about my dogs. Like I said, they are harmless, but Piper is NOISY. She is very playful, and barks at just about everyone walking by the house, hoping they'll come over to her and pet her... but she's a big dog, her playful bark could be miscontrued as aggression to someone not familiar with dogs. Jason and I know better, because we know her. *sigh* I don't know. I'm just worried for my girls.
